Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if, in the rare instance, you receive the wrong item. We will be more than happy to replace it with your desired order. To successfully return an item, it must be in the same condition as received (new/unused). Email us at guillorycandleco@gmail to start your return process. If you received your selected scent but were not pleased with the product, please contact us by email as well. Shipping Policy: We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding major holidays), with an estimated shipping arrival within 7-10 business days. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. We offer free shipping for all orders of $50 or more. All orders are processed by USPS. We not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
