Please inspect your order upon arrival & contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if in the rare instance, you receive the wrong item. We will be more than happy to replace it with your desired order.
In order to successfully return the item, it must be in the same condition as received (unused). Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return process started.
If you received your selected scent, however wasn't pleased with the product, please contact us by email as well.
Shipping Policy: We process orders within 2-3 business days(excluding major holidays) with an estimated shipping arrival within 7-10 business days. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. We offer free shipping for all orders of $50 or more.
All orders are processed by USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier to file a claim using your order’s tracking number.
